What’s the difference between FeastBump and Oddle?
FeastBump is a directory of online food delivery and takeout menus. Oddle is FeastBump's parent company! Oddle's first product is an online orders management system for F&B outlets to manage delivery and takeout orders.

Do the food providers get reviews? How do I know if they are good?
We don't have a review feature yet. If you'd like to see reviews of the food providers, send us a message to tell us!

Yes you should. Just like Jack and Rose, you jump, I jump. That is all... On a serious note, give it a try! You wouldn't be disappointed.
Ordering
1)
Is it possible to add to my current order?
Sure you can! Do call up the F&B outlet to let them know. They will do a refund and send you a new invoice for payment. We and the F&B outlets will try to accomodate the changes as best as we can as long as operational factors allow.
2)
Can I order from 2 restaurants?
You can order from 2 restaurants but the orders will be on separate carts and will have to be checked out and paid for separately. Batteries also sold separately.
3)
There used to be delivery. Why can’t I order for delivery now?
Our merchants sometimes turn off delivery during adverse weather conditions! Do check back later or leave us an email and we will get back to you.
4)
Is there a minimum order?
There usually is a minimum order and different restaurants set a different minimum order amount. Search for your location to get an estimate of the minimum order.
5)
What is the difference between delivery and pickup?
Delivery is food being brought to you. Pickup is you being brought to the food.
6)
I can’t log in with my account, help!
Each restaurant has their own separate database of users, so if you're ordering from a new restaurant do sign up for a new account!
7)
Is it possible to order for an earlier time if I exceed the large order amount?
Send us an email at hello@feastbump.com and we'll check on this with the restaurant before getting back to you on this.

I'm receiving errors when I'm trying to make payment.
Please leave us your email. Do include the error you saw, where and what you're trying to order and any other useful information so we can solve this for you.

I tried to order but I've been redirected to another page.
The timeslot you want might no longer be available. Please try a new time slot. If the new time slot won't work for you, drop us an email and we'll see how we can help. No guarantees!

I can't order for today. I want my food today!
We understand the helplessness of feeling hungry, but it seems like the time slot you want is no longer available or the order windows for today have been maxed out. It is unlikely that we can do much but drop us an email to let us know how we can help! We could try to recommend something else!
Delivery Area
1)
If I entered my address and postal code, does it mean the resulting restaurants will deliver to me?
That is absolutely right! If you got the right address and postal code, it means the resulting restaurants DO deliver there!
2)
Do you deliver island-wide?
Yes, most of the restaurants on our platform do deliver island-wide but not all! Your best bet would be to search for your address using our location search and see which restaurants deliver to you!
3)
Where else do you deliver?
Do not hesitate to search for the location you'd like your food delivered! If you're still not sure, feel free to drop us an email.
4)
Can your driver deliver to Jurong Island? Do we need to apply a Jurong Island Pass for him?
They can deliver to Jurong Island but they do need a pass applied for them to enter, so do make your orders early and make the appropriate arrangements.
5)
Do you deliver to XYZ country?
We currently only have merchants that deliver within Singapore. Drop us an email and tell us where you're from! We'll see how we can help.
Delivery Fee

Do the stated prices include delivery fee?
Stated item prices are without delivery fee. To get the delivery fee, sign up to the merchant's shopping cart and enter your address, or you could search for restaurants that deliver to you here on FeastBump and we will show you the Delivery Fee.

Is it true that some restaurants have free delivery?
True. Delivery fee varies between restaurants. The best way to find out if you'll get free delivery fee is to enter your address and search for restaurants that deliver to you.
3)
Is there a minimum order for free delivery?
There is a minimum order for free delivery at some restaurants, but not for all.
Delivery Status

How do I find out the status of my order?
You can log in to the merchant's cart and look under your info to see the status of your order.
2)
I received an email saying my order has been delivered, but I have not received my order. How do I verify?
Do give the store you ordered from a call, or you could drop us an email and we'll check on your order shortly.
3)
How can I check whether the restaurant received my order?
If you've received an order confirmation email, it means the restaurant has received your order. To check on this, you could log into the merchant's cart and look under your info. If the status says "Draft", the order did not go through. And if it says "Pending", the restaurant has not confirmed your order.
4)
Who delivers the food? FeastBump or restaurant?
It really depends. Some of the restaurants do their own delivery. The rest work with our 3rd party delivery partners to bring you the good food you deserve. FeastBump does not do the delivery ourselves though. However, rest assured that we'll try to make sure the delivery happens.
Delivery Time

How long does it take for the food to arrive? Do you do same day delivery?
We do have restaurants that are able to do same day delivery within 2 hours but how long it takes usually varies! Try to order your lunch before 10am and your dinner before 4pm to avoid disappointment. Cakes usually take much longer! Order days in advance!
2)
Range of time given is too long. Can we specify a time we want the order?
It is possible, just make the order with the appriopriate time frame and specify in your order remarks for the exact time you want.
3)
Are there any merchants that deliver within an hour?
There are but it's not what we specialise in. Do check out the time option search and pick the earliest available time option if you want your food ASAP!
4)
Can the order be delivered slightly earlier?
It is possible. You should give the restaurant a call to be sure, then make the order and place a remark so that the restaurant doesn't miss out on your requirement.
5)
Is there late night delivery?
There is but we only have Brinda's doing late night delivery right now. Is there a restaurant with late night supper you'd like to see do delivery? Drop us an email at hello@feastbump.com and let us know about it!
6)
The delivery time I want is no longer available.
We're sorry to hear that. There's no way to select the earlier time slot any longer. Do pick the earliest time slot still available and give the restaurant a call. Also, don't forget to put in your preferred time in the remarks. However, we are unable to guarantee that food can be delivered by the earlier time slot.
7)
Will the food come on time?
Paul the Octopus ( Who is that? ) could predict World Cup winners but even he can't predict your food arrival time. Rest assured though, because we at FeastBump will make sure that your order has been prepared and delivery arrangement is made. However, bad traffic or bad weather might still throw a spanner at our plans... We want your food to arrive on time too. Really.

How do I search? By restaurant name or by food type?
You can search by restaurant name and filter by food type or cuisines.
2)
Are all the food Halal?
Not all the restaurants serve Halal food. Click on the Halal filter to see all the restaurants that do! Also, restaurants that serve Halal food are marked with the Singapore Halal Certification icon.
3)
I saw a restaurant listed on FeastBump before, but I can’t find it now.
They might not deliver at the time that you've selected. Do check out http://www.feastbump.com/menus to see all the restaurants on our platform.
Halal Options

Are there Halal certified bakeries?
Yes there are! Click on the Halal filter and look for Cakes & Pastries filter under Food Type to filter for Halal Bakeries!
2)
Are all the outlets listed here Halal certified?
No, not all outlets listed here are Halal certified. Do click on the Halal dietary filter to see restaurants that serve Halal food. We also have F&B outlets that are 100% Muslim Owned. Find them under the 100% Muslim Owned tag.

Where can I see a list of Halal certified restaurants?
Do click on the Halal dietary filter to see restaurants that serve Halal food.
Issues with Order
1)
There are missing items for my order, what do I do?
Do take note of which items were missing and you can contact the restaurant for a refund. Drop us an email if you can't find the restaurant's contact information.
2)
My order is indicated as a Draft Order. Is my order confirmed?
A draft order has not been confirmed. Something might have gone wrong during your order, causing the order to not go through. Please log in to the restaurant's cart and try ordering again. If that doesn't work, please drop us an email and we will check it out.
3)
I’m not sure if my order is confirmed.
Please check to see if you received an order confirmation email in your inbox. If you haven't, your order may not have been received by the merchant, or the merchant may not have confirmed the order yet. Please log in to the cart to check the status of your order. Drop us an email if you find that your order has not been confirmed.
4)
I had problems with my order, how can FeastBump compensate?
Do drop us an email with details on what went wrong and leave us your email address or any other form of contact. We will get back to you on this as soon as possible.
Payment

Is there online payment?
There is indeed! You can make credit card payment on the cart or through PayPal depending on which payment option is made available by the merchant.

What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
No worries! You can still pay online with your credit card though PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.
3)
Do all restaurants accept online payment?
Not all restaurants accept online payment. It depends on the restaurants what kind of payment they accept.

Do all restaurants do cash on delivery?
Not all restaurants do cash on delivery. It depends on the restaurants what kind of payment they accept. Do check the menu's details for payment options available.
Promo Code
1)
Where do I enter the promo code?
When you click on Checkout, there will be a popup for you to enter and apply the promo code.
2)
I want discounts, how do I get it?
First time user here? There are a few promotions right now. Do check out the bank promotions we have. You can find them on the home page or check out the Special Discounts filter. You can also send us an email for FeastBump's own exclusive promo code.
3)
I tried to enter a promo code and got an error. What should I do?
Do try to apply the promo code again. If all else fails, send us an email and we'll try to sort out the problem.
4)
The promo code I entered is correct, but it doesn't work!
Do drop us an email. We'll need to check on whether it's a bug or eligibility issue. Do note that for the promo code to work, the date of delivery has to be before the end of the promo code eligibility date. It's weird, we know, but sometimes things are the way they are.
5)
Is there a free delivery promo?
Yes, there could be. But your best bet would be to sort the restaurants by Delivery Fee as some of our restaurants do provide free delivery.
6)
How do I qualify for the FeastBump Exclusive promo code?
You just have to sign up for our mailing list.
7)
Are all cards eligible for the bank promos?
Yes, all debit cards and credit cards under the banks are eligible for the bank promos.
8)
Which restaurants are eligible for the promo code I’m using?
Do check out the bank's promo page on FeastBump to see a list of restaurants where the code is eligible. Alternatively, you could filter for these restaurants using the Special Discounts bank promo filters.
9)
It says the discount is valid till 30th May, can I get my order delivered in June if I made my order by 30th May?
If the discount is valid till 30th May, it means the order has to be delivered by 30th May.
